Antique French Francois Gaultier (?) Fashion Lady Doll in Regional Costume

This gorgeous lady is approximately 14” tall. She is marked with number 1, which is most likely the size. There is possibly additional marks on the shoulder plate that is covered with clothes that are not removable. The doll has swivel head, beautiful blue eyes, typical close mouth. The head is closed with cork pate and the wig that looks original is glued to the head. No damage was found. The paint shows some wear. Paint rubs to the tip of the nose and ears, some painted eyelashes are missing. The face paint is uneven. The ears of the doll are pierced. There are marks from piercing on both sides of the face.
This lady has cloth body and legs. The lower arms are bisque and the upper part can be cloth or leather, it is hard to say because of the clothes. The right thumb has a tiny chip. The bisque part on the same hand feels partially detached from the upper part but it is in the place and does not come out.
Looks like the doll is wearing original outfit. It is beautifully done. The clothes show wear as shown on the pictures but still are gorgeous! Tears on the lower part of the sleeves. Many tears to the appron. The doll is wearing stockings and leather shoes marked L.I. They are mostly in good condition but do have light signs of wear. The hat and the earrings are included.
