Antique French SFBJ BROWN African American BOY Hazel Eyes Doll 10.5 inches

Description

My mother is a doll collector and I'm helping her sell her many items. She stored her items in an air-conditioned closet and has a smoke free home. No water or mold damage.

doll in good condition, legs need to be restrung (it looks like the arms and head have been restrung since string is white, head and arms are tight). On the back of the head is stamped
something faint "STE"? I cannot really read it all, then
"SFBJ PARIS" and "3/0" underneath.  OX is on the side and on the inside of the legs, not sure what it means.
I believe the doll has a bisque socket head (otherwise maybe paper-mache?) with jointed composition wood body being strung and jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips with all fingers intact.
Body does have wear marks/dirt but I didn't see any cracks.
Doll has a "sweet" face with stationary open hazel eyes, single stroke black eye brows and closed painted mouth with orangey-red paint, dimpled chin, a dark gray wig is secure except for one side of head and glue is showing in the back.
