Beautiful Blue & Green Swirl Blown Art Glass Hanging Plate - Signed. There is a hole in the plate wIth a plastic string for hanging.  I picked this up an Estate Sale. There is Paulette Werger, artist information,
taped to the back of the plate. I don’t know for sure if it is truly her piece.  It doesn’t specify that she does Art Glass,  There is a signature but I can’t read it, looks like Usto - see photo.
9.5” Diameter.
Pre-owned - Very Good Condition.  Gorgeous colors!  Would look nice hanging in a window as a suncatcher.
