It came from a well Maintained Vintage Tradesman 8" 5 Speed  Bench Top Drill Press Model 8055S made in China
Since it was made outside the USA the parts are probably metric dimensions. I will do my best to give accurate measurements but they may be

Wear and Tear dust and dirt but in good working condition.
