This is a wonderful piece of glass artwork. This clear glass pitcher or carafe from the 9th generation Riedel glassmaker, Claus Josef Riedel (1925-2004). Claus J. Riedel's vision for glass was remarkably different from traditional coloured and cut glass, preferring clear glass with fine geometric details. This glass pitcher with its integrated handle and sun or daisy motif is the perfect example of his sophisticated design aesthetic.
