Dugan Blue Pompeian Japanese Starburst Rose Bowl

Description

A Dugan rose bowl, blue with white, light blue, and amber frit exterior in a pattern that is sometimes referred to as Starburst.  This was part of a line of glassware generally called Pompeian, Japanese and/or Venetian, c. 1905-1907, made to compete with expensive European wares.  This piece was mold-blown then hand finished and has a fire-polished rim.  4" h.
