    Candle Holder, Votive or Toothpick holder that is marked on the bottom "Patent pending Faroy USA". From what I can find this is from the 70s and color is Cobalt Blue but I cannot find anything about this rare pattern. Pretty, soft scalloped rim around the top with hard lines and diamond pattern along the rest of it. Very vibrant color and in great vintage condition with zero chips or cracks. Shipped USPS Priority
