Our skilled craftsmen are all expert to create precision finished writing instrument from materials of cellulose acetate, ebonite, methacrylate, and precise metals. About the CLOUDYBAY with aluminum alloy piston filling fountain pen :
The design of Great Natural collection is in inspired from natural scene. The collection will use semi-transparent PMMA to reflect the natural scene. The fountain pen is with built-in house made of Aluminum alloy piston system. The system is developed by PENLUX. We try to make high grade piston fountain in friendly price. The pen is made by solid PMMA material with rolling ball clip and jewelry made middle ring. Overall, it is a very valuable fountain pen. Highly recommend for the beginner of piston system fountain pen users.
About Warranty
We would like to extend to you our sincerest thanks and appreciation for your help in making the inaugural release of PENLUX a success. The support and encouragement we have received for our small brand has been something we will long cherish. We appreciate that you have purchased one of our fine writing instruments. The pen carries a limited warranty for after sales service. The warranty covers specifically the material or manufacturing defects within ONE year period from the purchase date. In case of any problem repair work is guaranteed upon presentation of the original sales receipt. The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, abuse, or reasonable “wear and tear” during normal use of the complete pen. Also excluded from the warranty is damage occurring to the pen parts as a result of third party repairs or interference, additions etc.
