    Maki-e is a centuries-old Japanese technique of layering lacquers with gold powder to produce beautiful, intricate designs. Platinum has brought this technique to its popular Procyon model in a limited-run of pens in two designs, and at a very affordable price!
    The Platinum Procyon is a stylish, modern pen with a barrel and cap made of lightweight aluminum with a durable matte coating. The stainless steel nib is larger than that of a Preppy or Plaisir, but has the writing feel similar to a gold nib.
    It is truly an elegant design that will quickly become your favorite EDC.
