Pole climbing straps. Antique, Vintage, rusted or just old. Great gift idea

My dad actually used these things to climb trees on our property to trim the limbs. I feel like they'd be a perfect gift for someone who was a logger or even an electric line repair person.  They are rusty so I couldn't get a manufacturer name but they appear quite old.
