Very Fine Cranberry Wine Rinser, Ca. 1870, New England Glass Co? Sandwich?

Description and Condition:
This is a Victorian wine rinser.  It was most likely produced by New England Glass Co. It's in perfect original condition. This piece is 5 inches diameter and 4 inches high. It is 6.25 inches from pouring spout to pouring spout. It has a ground polished pontil.  Made circa 1870.
