The pen is in good condition considering its over 70 years. The parts are in working order. Writes and loads ink well.
On the barrel there is a barely legible part of the "Circle" engraving

Note:
The Omer brand refers to the name Remo read backwards. In fact Remo Pagliuca was a trader of writing articles. In all likelihood he commissioned pens in the Settimo Torinese district, the largest pre-war pen production area in Italy. Remo Pagliuca in 1957 became the owner of Tibaldi, one of the oldest and most prestigious fountain pen factories in Italy.
