Walker Turner 1100 Elevating Mechanism Bearing Collar Assembly

I am parting out an old style Walker Turner 1100 drill press. I am using the Walker Turner Parts List and Instructions for 1100 Series, 20" Drill Presses as my reference for part numbers used in this listing. I have included photos of the head stock and the machine badge for your reference. It is your responsibility to determine if the part(s) I have listed will fit your machine. I do NOT have any information about part interchangeability. Thank you for your understanding.

This elevating mechanism was used for the table of this drill press. The parts list I have only shows one version of the elevating assembly. This assembly appears to be the same as the headstock elevating mechanism on my personal 1100 but I have NOT taken actual measurements to confirm that they are in fact identical.
The assembly includes:
HD22 - Bearing collar (upper)
HD21 - Bearing collar (lower)
#38 - Steel balls (39 pcs. the parts list 37 are required). Please note there is corrosion on many of these steel balls.
DBS16 - Dog point screws (2 pcs)
AA - 5/16" - 18 hex nuts (2 pcs), these are lock nuts for the DBS16 screws
VV - 1/2" - 13 x 3/4" allen screws (2 pcs)
The assembly is missing:
HD57 - Brass block (2 pcs) used under the VV allen screws to avoid damage to the column
