Oh My, what a seldom seen Parian example.
Here is a 13 inch antique German Parian doll with
glass eyes
and a
molded bonnet
.  She has a couple of problems: there is a surface crack on one leg; and in the back of both legs at the knee seam there is some resealing.  Both problems are hardly noticeably unless you look for them.  For reference see page #49 in the book, "Identifying German Parian Dolls" by Mary Gorham Krombholz.  At some time lace has been added around the rim of the bonnet.  A Parian with
glass eyes
and a
molded bonnet
is seldom seen.  This is a sweet girl.  I love the molding of the blonde hair.  And I love the molded bonnet with the blue bow that matches her blue eyes.  Notice the cut on the eyes.  This is a wonderful example.  From my home to yours.
